Drobnica

The oil obtained from the Drobnica olive has a pronounced spiciness, a fine and slightly intense bitterness followed by a subtle sweetness.

Lastovka

Olive oil of the swallow variety has a characteristically bitter taste, which is the result of a high percentage of the phenol secoiridoid oleuropein and its derivatives. They keep the oil from spoiling just like our body.

Oblica

The most widespread and important variety in Croatia. It is grown for oil production and as a table variety. It is considered autochthonous and the oldest Dalmatian variety.

Levantinka

Superior oil, which can reach randman and 23%, and the oil has a fine bitter taste, moderate spiciness, smell of fresh grass and a little less of a crushed olive leaf, while in the background the smell of artichoke leaves a special touch in the medium-strong structure of an excellent oil.
